On the occasion of its 21st anniversary (2005 – 2026), SAWA member TAVICO Group organized a meaningful series of activities to reflect on more than two decades of development, honor individuals who have made long-term contributions to the company, and further foster the spirit of unity throughout its ecosystem.
One of the key highlights of the celebration was the Long-Service Employee Appreciation Ceremony, during which TAVICO honored 61 employees for their years of dedication and valuable contributions to the company’s growth. The event served not only as an opportunity for the Board of Management to express sincere gratitude to long-serving team members, but also as a reflection of TAVICO’s corporate culture—one that consistently places people at the heart of sustainable development.
Alongside this, TAVICO officially launched the 7th TAVICO Open Cup 2026, an annual sporting event that has become a well-established tradition and an integral part of the company’s internal culture over the years. Through seven consecutive seasons, the TAVICO Open Cup has evolved beyond a football tournament into a platform that promotes team spirit, physical well-being, and stronger connections among companies and partners across the TAVICO ecosystem. Under the spirit of “Sports – Unity – Dedication,” this year’s tournament brings together 16 competing teams, promising exciting matches and memorable moments.
By organizing both employee appreciation and internal sports activities as part of its anniversary celebration, TAVICO continues to demonstrate its holistic approach to business development—focusing not only on operational growth but also on people, team cohesion, and the cultivation of a strong corporate identity.
